* Because the villa is located within a natural environment, expect to see butterflies and insects etc. in the surrounding area. *
* In terms of its geographical structure, Kalkan is a small town built on a hillside. Our villas in Kalkan and the surrounding area are accessed by a steep gradient.
* Access to all our villas is from 16:00 on the first day and by 10:00 in the morning on the day of departure. This is because housekeeping takes place in the intervening time period. Please be aware that we will not be able to grant you access if you arrive at the Villa/Apartment before the given time. Please observe the access and departure times of the villa.

  Deposit

  1000 Turkish Liras or the equivalent amount in Euro, United States Dollar or British Sterling is taken at the villa check-in time, for possible damages and losses, and is returned to you at the check-out time, as long as there is no damage, breakages or other problems.
